Stop Work Policy

This STOP WORK POLICY is an extension of the Health, Safety and Environment Policy of the ROSS Synergy Sdn Bhd to maintain a safe and secure work environment against any risk / exposure to personal harm, property damage or adverse effects to the environment.

No one is allowed at any time to put himself / herself, their colleagues, our guests, our facilities or our operations at INTOLERABLE RISK.

If the task, activity or operation is deemed to have an INTOLERABLE RISK, it SHALL NOT be executed. No one shall be penalized for refusing to perform his or her duties if the risk arising from executing the duties is considered to be INTOLERABLE.

This STOP WORKS POLICY is in line with the requirements of the OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT (ACT 514) 1994.
