Established in 2023 and headquartered in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, ROSS Synergy Sdn Bhd (RSSB) is a proudly Sabah-owned company with a strong foundation in the Oil & Gas industry. As a registered PETRONAS License Vendor, we bring over 25 years of combined expertise in both domestic and international oil and gas operations, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. We take pride in our identity as a reliable Sabahan company with optimistic mindset that promotes sustainable practices and a safe working culture. In our first year, we established ROSS Synergy Sdn Bhd. focusing on building a strong foundation and addressing the needs of the oil & gas sector. Contributed to various projects including manpower service for Drilling and P&A job.
2024
We enhanced operational efficiency through strategic partnerships with industry leaders.

We expand our product line into new market and enhance our brand reputation through customer feedback.

Roslee Lukin
Founder / Managing Director / CEO
A Sabahan originally from Beaufort, he is an accomplished professional with 26 years of diverse experience across multiple PETRONAS subsidiaries, both in Malaysia and internationally. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
He brings extensive expertise in stakeholder management, business development, human resource management, health, safety and environment (HSE), security, and corporate communications. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership and management capabilities through various strategic appointments across PETRONAS operations in Sabah, the Federal Territory of Labuan, the PETRONAS Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, and the PETRONAS Country Office in the Republic of Sudan.
Imros Kinif
Co-Founder / Director Business Development & Technical Adviser
A Sabahan originally from Kuala Penyu, he is an experienced drilling and engineering professional with over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP).
He has built a strong track record across various technical and leadership positions, including Drilling and Workover Engineer, Drilling Supervisor, Technical Lead, and Offshore Installation Manager (OIM). His extensive experience spans both offshore and onshore operations, having worked with major industry players such as Schlumberger, Halliburton, Repsol, Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Petrofac, UZMA, and KST Drilling Technologies. His core expertise encompasses drilling and workover operations, engineering solutions, project execution, and fabrication activities.

ROSS Synergy is also a member of the Persatuan Kontraktor Petroleum Bumiputera Sabah (PKPBS). Through this membership, ROSS Synergy is committed to playing an active role in supporting PKPBS in safeguarding the interests of local Sabahan Oil, Gas and Energy Services (OGSE) companies, while promoting sustainable growth and business opportunities within Sabah’s oil and gas industry.
This commitment aligns with the Sabah State Government’s aspiration, through SMJ Energy, to develop more capable, competitive and reliable local Sabahan OGSE companies that can contribute meaningfully to the state’s oil and gas industry and its long-term economic growth.
