Drug & Alcohol Policy
The ROSS Synergy Sdn Bhd (RSSB) recognizes that the consumption of illegal drugs, alcohol and other intoxicants would impair work performance and constitutes risk to the health and safety of individuals and co-workers at our business operations.
There for enthuse of illicit drugs or alcoholics strictly prohibited in our operations.
In order to uphold this prohibition, RSSB requires that all employees and subcontractors conform to the following regulations:
- All employees or sub-contractors shall be free from the influence of alcohol or any controlled substances during the discharge of their duties.
- RSSB employees or sub-contractors found to being possession or under the influence of drugs and alcohol are subjected to disciplinary act and that include immediate termination of service with the company.
RSSB have the right to conduct unannounced searches of illicit drugs or alcohol within our premises.
RSSB employees or sub-contractors shall submit to an individual test for drugs or alcohol if requested by the client and incompliance with local law or regulation.
No individuals shall be accepted for employment in any RSSB services or premises if he/she refuses to alcohol/drug tests or tested positive from such test.
Were request every employee in whatever capacity must understand this policy and perform their work in a manner stated in this policy.
