Instilling camaraderie while promoting work-life balance is an important part of the ROSS culture. Recently, the ROSS team participated in a fun run in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Despite having no prior training, every team member successfully completed the 5KM run and proudly earned a finisher’s medal.
While signs of fatigue were evident on their faces, the sense of accomplishment and satisfaction from crossing the finish line made the experience truly rewarding. The event not only encouraged a healthy lifestyle but also strengthened teamwork, friendship, and mutual support among colleagues.
